An opt-in is a piece of content your audience gets typically in exchange for giving you their email address. It might be something as simple as a healthy grocery checklist or as lengthy as an eBook on how to start intermittent fasting. Opt-ins are a great way to offer “free” value and encourage customer loyalty.
